Benefits of Green Supply Chains
Green supply chains create opportunities for business to exploit efficient and cost saving measures. This can, if consistently implemented, create competitive advantages for entire supply chains. Green supply chains also create an environment which encourages innovations and product development in new markets, especially with growing consumer demands for green products. Finally global supply chains need to comply with increasingly astringent international environmental regulations.
